Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she won gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze in the balance beam. In 2012 she was the very first American athlete to achieve the most medals during the Olympics. In 2016, the Olympics saw her win the gold medal in the team event, earning both she as well as Gabby the distinction of being the only Americans ever to have consecutive team golds. Silver medals were also awarded for the all-around competition as well as floor workouts. She took a break of three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. In addition, she was part of two gold medal winning world championship teams. When she was just 2, she began to learn gymnastics. The sport she loves the most is floor workouts. Aly donates her time and money to Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. She wants to have the opportunity to have a career that is successful in the field of fashion. The leotards she wears as a signature along with socks and other garments will be expanded to include other items in the future. Fierce is a new book is due out later in the year.
